Because our products are made-to-order and/or fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners, please allow time for processing before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays
  • New product launches
  • High-volume sales periods

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 5-8 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Delays

SNKR Addict Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
