At SNKR Addict Apparel, each item is made-to-order and created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery at Support@snkraddictapparel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
